A: Yes — orders with a subtotal of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes and shipping) ship free.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: U.S. only for now.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 7–15 business days total (2–5 days fulfillment + 5–10 days shipping).

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes — you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Returns accepted within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and original packaging.

Q: Who pays return shipping?
A: Customers pay return postage unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Q: Can I exchange?
A: Yes — for another size, color, or product (stock permitting).

Q: How do I start a return?

Problems With Orders

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
A: Contact us within 7 days with photos — we'll replace it at no cost.

Q: What if my package is lost?
